Description:
Our plastic roll film is combined multilayers film, normally
ranging from around 40 mirongs to around 200 microns, with
different barrier, strength performance. It is used in a wide
variety of applications like food, medical, personal care,
eletronic industry etc.. Plastic films are typically formed into
rolls by roll slitting. Often additional coating or printing
operations are also used.
Typical converting processes are coating, printing, laminatiing,
and slitting. Coating technologies can include hot melt coating,
gravure coating, curtain coating and slot-die coating. The most
common printing techniques are flexo printing and rotogravure
(gravure) printing. Both print processes are suited to high speed
roll-to-roll processing. For laminating, mostly we have dry
lamination, extrusion, and slove-free lamination.
Customers will make the roll film into different kinds of bags such
as sachet bag, stick bag, 3 side seal bag, stand up bag, flat
bottom bag, spout bag etc. based on their own designs or make into
individual sheet of lidding.
The Production Processes:
1) Artworks and specifications approval or samples approval.
2) Order confirmatiion.
3) Cylinders making as well as materials procurement or using stock
materials if available.
4) Printing- Laminating- Aging- Slitting- Screening/Inspection-

1. All these roll film are available in stock? Can I get some
samples?
Yes, we have limited samples. For any stock samples, we can offer
for your quality review.
2. What's your MOQ?
There is no strict MOQ frankly, but the more qty, the less unit
cost. Also normally, for small qty we can use digital printing as
small, no MOQ constraint for start. But for gravure commerial
production, it's better to start with 100kgs. Negotiable..
3. Can you do custom printing?
Yes, we do custom printing and maximum 10 colors.
4. When can I get the order ready to ship?
Our production time is around 10-23 days after atwork and colors
approval, depending on the order size and qty. For urgent order, we
will take it as top priority for production. We will share the
timeline in advance for your approval.
